💡 To troubleshoot remote access, you will need local access from your home wifi network.

Open the free@home app from a smartphone/tablet that is connected to the same local wifi network as your System Access Point.

Open the free@home app and stay at the start screen.

Click MyBuildings at the bottom.

Is the App connected to MyBuildings?
